2.1. From Our Marketing Website

2.2. From Our Application (When Signing Up)

2.3. From Third-Party Websites Using Our Tracking Script

  • Behavioral data such as mouse movements, mouse clicks, scrolling, and zooming.

• Method: Data is collected via our tracking script (similar to tools like PostHog or Amplitude) and is supplemented by open-source RRWeb session recordings.
• Purpose: To analyze user interactions, improve user experience, and provide session replay insights.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver, maintain, and enhance the DeepPrediction platform.
  • Analyze user behavior to improve our services.
• Payment Processing & Account Management:

• Data Processing with Google Gemini:
  
  • Some data is sent to Google Gemini for processing. Importantly, we do not use your data to train our own models without your opt-in permission, and we have explicitly requested that Google Gemini refrain from training their models using our customer data.

DeepPrediction does not share or sell your personal information with third parties. Data is only processed internally or with trusted service providers strictly for the purposes outlined above. All third-party processors (e.g., for payment processing or analytics) are contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely to support our services.

  • At the lowest tier, data is retained for a minimum of 30 days. Customers may opt to retain data for longer periods as needed.

• Deletion:
  
  • For DeepPrediction account holders, you may request deletion of your data at any time.
  • End-users of our customers should request data deletion directly through their company. If contacted directly, we will do our best to comply.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

• Direct Requests:
  
  • DeepPrediction account holders can directly request deletion or access to their data.
• Customer’s Responsibility:
  
  • For end-users whose data is collected via our tracking script, deletion requests should be made to the respective customer (the data controller).
